With a name like that, Kalamazoo's Big Burrito had better not be short on its offerings. Well, you may rest assured it's not just a marketing gimmick. The eponymous Big Burrito is itself substantial at about a foot long, but it's the “Don't Even Think About It” burrito that really takes the, well, burrito here. It measures in at a hefty three feet-long, the equivalent of three Big Burritos stacked end to end.

Mallie's in Southgate takes the concept of a hamburger to a staggering extreme. Those who believe themselves able to eat a more substantial burger can enjoy the Monster Burger, a 10-pound—and yes, you read that number correctly—sandwich that features a toothpick stuck through with the equivalent of an entire pickle on top. Additionally, Mallie's is home to the world-record-holder for “largest commercially available hamburger” four years running: an 1,800-pound hamburger with everything, currently available for $9,000. For reference, a Mitsubishi Mirage weighs 1,973 pounds.

If you're in Greenville on a Sunday, then you're in the right place at the right time to check out one monster feed. Specifically, it's a feed known as the 50-Wing Challenge. As the name suggests, it's a plate of 50 chicken wings, which is big by any standard. Those who actually manage to eat 50 wings in one hour will be treated to not only a $15 gift certificate for the next meal, but will also get a free t-shirt and a plaque on their “wall of fame.” Those who don't finish in an hour still get a massive plate of wings.
Pancake houses, by and large, aren't known for stinting on the portion sizes. Fluffy flapjacks the size of dinner plates, and a stack of three or four plus sides, are de rigueur for such places. Mr. B's Pancake House in Muskegon, though, takes that up several notches with the Big B Omelette. A 12-egg omelet featuring three meats, two cheeses, green pepper and onion—plus toast or three small pancakes—this beauty is big enough for anyone to make two or three meals out of it.

Jackson's the Parlour is a great place to go when you're craving dessert. As the name suggests, it's a parlour of the ice cream variety, and as such, contains 40 different flavors, all made in Michigan, which is renowned for its dairy. Not quite on Wisconsin's level, but still. Those who hit the Parlour, meanwhile, will be able to take on the “Dare to Be Great,” which features a hefty 21 scoops of ice cream—said to be softball-sized—with a panoply of toppings ranging from strawberries to pineapple and even marshmallow.
Those who go to the Norton Shores location of Greek Tony's Pizza will be able to land themselves a truly monstrous pizza. Known as the Colossus Challenge—not found on their menu specifically yet still there, according to staff—the Colossus is a 30-inch three topping pizza weighing in at about 10 pounds.
Old Iron Bar and Grill in Grant is home to good old-fashioned eats in a good old-fashioned setting. There's half a tractor appearing to stick out of the building itself, for crying out loud. It's also home to one monster dish, the Hoginator Challenge. The Hoginator is a sandwich—if you can really call such a thing a mere “sandwich”—that boasts in its construction a pound of pulled pork, a pound of smoked ham, a pound of chopped bacon and a bun weighing—you guessed it—one pound. It's served with one pound of French fries as well, and all weights are after cooking.

Tony's I-75 Restaurant in Birch Run is sort of a humble entrant in this list. It has no car-sized burgers or pizzas you could conceivably swaddle a baby in. It's home to the one-pound BLT, however, which is something of an achievement in its own right. Tony's is home to plate-sized sandwiches and burritos, as well as a monster banana split. The pork chop order boasts three five-ounce chops, and that's just the start of things.
