WHIP Memorial Day MURPH

Join us for our annual Memorial Day Hero WOD, MURPH, as we honor those who gave the ultimate sacrifice. Both CrossFit Whip and Whip (Redefine) Fitness will be coming together as a community for the day to take on the workout; followed by a cookout, games, and fun! This is open to the public and as always, the workout will be led by a few of our coaches to ensure everyone is scaling appropriately and moving safely throughout the entirety of the workout.
