Purpose:
- The purpose of this document is to describe the function, growth, and development of the Flint Arrowhead Barbershop Chorus.
Vision:
- To become the premier a cappella music organization for men who love to sing barbershop.

- We are a group of men of good will drawn together by their love of the four-part, a cappella barbershop harmony.
- We serve the musical needs of current and potential members by providing and actively supporting a variety of singing opportunities.
- We enrich our member's lives through good fellowship, encouraging vocal harmony and music education.
- We sing to audiences with an uplifting musical style to promote public appreciation of this American art form.
- We initiate, promote, and participate in charitable projects to help build stronger communities and a better world.
- Our Vision and Mission supports and celebrates the Barbershop Harmony Society and the Pioneer District's philosophy and initiatives as we "Keep the Whole World Singing...".
