We are Holland locals and drive by this place all the time. From 31 it looks like a run down tourist trap and a total waste of money - but, don’t let this fool you! We had a fantastic time and enjoyed the scenery of the old world architecture on all the buildings. You really do get your money’s worth. There’s a HUGE gift shop, rides, museums with Dutch heritage history, a Dutch dance with lessons, a mini farm with lots of chickens, goats, pigs, ducks, and bunnies. You can even buy two bunnies for $20! All in all it was a wonderful experience and we are very glad we decided to bite the bullet and go. Never judge a book by its cover :)

My family and I stopped by here on out trip to Holland, MI. At first glance I was on the fence. It seemed small and overpriced (considering it was $10-$12 for an adult ticket). But once we paid and went in, I quickly realized that the money was well worth the experience. We had younger ones and older ones in my group, and they all had a great time. There was swings, a carousel, ferris wheel, and small play area for the kids. The older visitors loved the shops and shows. Personally, my favorite parts were the petting zoo and the ice cream shop. This was a beautiful place to visit, and my whole family loved it. The gift shop here was also massive and had really cool items. We had to get a memento for a family member stuck at home, and we had tons of affordable options here.

My children had a blast here. Also pleasant surprise that after you pay the entrance fee, all the rest is free (shows, demonstrations, rides, etc.) Ample free parking, fun rides for kids and adults, petting zoo. Children 2 and under don't need tickets. Great family outing!

We’ve driven past this place for years, never once stopping by to check it out because it doesn’t look that great from the outside. Turns out this place is SO cool and has so much to offer! This past week I went with my sons class on a field trip, we spent the entire day there and had a blast! We’ll be going back as a family very soon!

Amazing place to learn about the Dutch heritage of Holland Michigan. Perfect for kids, adults, seniors. Lots of hands-on play experiences for kids. Engaging educational interactions for all ages, especially for those interested in history. Colorful, energetic Dutch dancers. Cheese, fudge, delftware, wooden shoes and more!
