The Rouge Park Golf Course- was opened in 1923 as part of the city of Detroit Park System. Hole Number 11 is considered by many as one of the most difficult holes in metro Detroit.

The river flowing through the course forms water hazards that come into play on 9 holes.
There are also sand bunkers situated throughout. Rouge Can host Golf Outings in the Detroit area, as well as men, women,and senior golf leagues and golf tournaments. Areas served are Redford, Livonia, Royal Oak and Detroit.
