Adorable little place in the heart of Traverse City. You absolutely MUST try the red velvet hash. Some of the best corned beef hash I have ever tasted (no cake involved, the name is misleading). They top off the hash (made with REAL brisket, nothing canned here) with a lovely poached egg. It makes for a deliciously creamy accompaniment to their perfectly toasted homemade sour dough. Hands down, one of the best breakfast places in TC.
Excellent service, great diner atmosphere. Really good corn beef hash... homemade! Coffee's a little week but typical for northern Michigan! Not a deal breaker. 5 stars if the coffee we're better.
Great service, tasty food. Very family friendly. Went for a Sunday noon brunch, seating was quick. Seating can be tight when it's full. The cheesy baked hash browns were wonderful.
One of my favorite places around here. They do a down home cooking approach, and you feel very comfortable there. The food is great, the service is phenomenal, and the prices are very very affordable. I love taking my family to this joint, everyone loves it. 10000000% recommend for visitors they want a nice breakfast or lunch .
This place is awesome it's a Nostalgia trip right out of the 60s. The staff is wonderful the restaurant Decor like I said is Classic 60s. The food is breakfast and lunch. They close at 2pm. It's easy to get to from anywhere and plenty of parking in the back.
