Sterling Heights' 45th Annual Memorial Day activities begin promptly at 9 a.m. on Monday, May 27 in the City Center Courtyard between City Hall (40555 Utica Road) and the Police Department as hundreds gather for a solemn tribute to all veterans who died in the line of duty.

This year's theme is "Salute to Service: Honoring Heroes & Innovations". The ceremony will feature remarks from our 2024 Grand Marshal Judge Stephen Sierawski, Mayor Michael C. Taylor, and Arts Commission Chairperson Jeanne Schabath-Lewis. 

At 10 a.m. the parade kicks off from the City Center parking lot, and will travel south down Dodge Park Road.
